NEED HELP?
The Congress Help Desk is located in the Link Area between Hall 2 and Hall 3. Staff at the Help Desk can assist with general enquiries, delegate support, and lost and found items.

REGISTRATION
Registration takes place in Hall 2 on both days of Congress.
- Saturday 11 April: 06h30 to 08h30
- Sunday 12 April: 06h00 to 08h45
Bring a valid form of identification. Accepted documents are a green barcoded ID book, smart ID card, driver’s licence, or passport. Please register within the allocated times.
At registration you will receive your identification wristband, Congress T-shirt, and goodie bag containing the Congress booklet and other items.
YOUR WRISTBAND
Your wristband gives you access to the Congress precinct. It will be checked every time you enter or leave. Keep it on at all times across both days of Congress.
VOTING
Voting on Constitutional Amendments takes place on Saturday 11 April. Voting on Resolutions takes place on both Saturday 11 April and Sunday 12 April. Voting to elect Federal Leadership takes place on Sunday 12 April from 06h00 to 08h45. All voting takes place in Hall 1, accessible via the escalators in the Link Area.
Lunch
- Saturday 11 April: 13h00 in Hall 5
- Sunday 12 April: Served at the end of the programme in Hall 4
Special dietary requirements will only be accommodated if arranged prior to Congress. Contact your provincial office if this applies to you.
WI-FI
Free Wi-Fi is available to all delegates throughout Congress. Connection instructions will be on signage at the venue and provided at registration.
PARKING
Delegates should park in Parking A, opposite the main entrance to Gallagher Convention Centre. Security staff and marshals will assist in the parking area.
TRANSPORT
Transport arrangements are coordinated by provincial offices. Contact your provincial office or delegation leadership for any transport queries.
SECURITY
Security staff are present throughout Congress. Anyone without a valid wristband may be denied entry. Gallagher Convention Centre is a gun-free zone.
FIRST AID
A medic is on site for the duration of Congress. The First Aid room is located at the front left of Hall 3. Contact the Congress Help Desk if you require assistance.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Please use the designated smoking areas outside.
TOILETS
Restrooms are located to the left of the Plenary Hall in Hall 3 and in the Link Area.
BANKING
There is an ATM located outside the venue, near parking area A, towards the back of the building.
